Caroline and Matthew’s wedding was held at The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron in Kirribilli. Established in 1862, the historic grounds of the garden and clubhouse suited a traditional theme and a baroque motif was chosen. The red baroque motif used for the invitations was carried right through to the wedding decorations, place cards, table numbers and the order of service booklet.

Each table was decorated with a ring of flowers with a wax candle lantern in the centre. Handmade paper butterflys placed on each wine glass.
Handmade paper cones filled with red and white rose petals were given to each guest to throw in celebration after the ceremony. The red velvet chase longue was a centerpiece for the ceremony and was used for signing the register.

The bridesmaids wore vintage inspired crème dresses contrasted with red beads and some ever so stylish red suede heels in keeping with the colour theme.
